Isn't that what Twitter has turned "sports journalism" into? no you goober. people who care about their reputation as journalists tweet responsibly, and joe blows like this guy tweet like idiots on message boards that posted fake stories. twitter didn't do it. But idiots like this get attention and retweets and front offices feel obligated to address them. I dont see the Cubs FO issuing statements denying Back2Banks’ latest three way trade idea.

I think that if there is a "the ground can't cause a fumble" rule, then there also needs to be a "the ground can't cause a completion to become an incompletion rule." In other words, if you catch it in bounds, have control of it, but it moves when your elbow hits the turf, it's still a catch.
