  1. A few upset potentials in there. Time to see if USC is as good as we think, and time to weed out one of Auburn or Miss St
  2. wow. My students (who I JUST taught Photoshop to last week) could make something more believable
  3. Yep we might be 2-1 if we had a QB and receivers or if we just played the QB we have Still no one to throw to, unless all the plays are swing plays to the RB's
  4. If I was playing "guess the score based on the game thread" I would say the Cubs are down 4-0 *checks* huh
  5. Was there any suspicion (or outright reporting) that Glennon is "Fox's guy" and/or that Fox wasn't happy with drafting Trubisky?
  6. PSU has had a handful of those, so as a fan, I was glad it went our way this time. But I know that feeling (the game where the refs added a few seconds for no good reason, then Michigan won on the last play still chaps my hide) I had a bad feeling when Wadley scored with too much time left. I thought Iowa was gonna slowly drive it and kick a field goal but when he broke that run I was like "oh horsefeathers, way too much time" On paper, PSU should have won by 3 TD's, but Iowa came up big on defense several times. I was scared the whole game
  7. Hendricks throws like 45mph fastballs, so he could probably start every game of the post season, 1890's style

  9. That's twice that OKC has scooped a big name this offseason (after not being rumored to be in on them)
  10. Isn't that what every troll in history has done?
  11. Win today and the Cubs move to 20 games over .500 This second half has been a ton of fun.
  12. I heard that, too. When the game a couple days ago was on MLBN. Did they say it again last night? I'm so used to basically every team besides ours having such awful announcing teams that the Brewer guys seem great by comparison, but they're mostly just there Yeah they are perfectly fine, especially compared to the rest of the league. Hell even our own division the Pirates, Reds and Cardinals crews are abominations Ugh, the Reds. Being stuck in their broadcasting area means 17 games a year listening to those numbnuts
  13. Their announcers aren't actually too bad, and are pretty honest when their team is being dumb and bad. They are sorta the anti-Hawks i didn't say they were terrible. but it was nice to hear the disappointment in their voices. maybe it's bc my cousin is a bit of an ass and a brewer fan/cub hater (even when the cubs sucked...) ftr they also did say some stupid horsefeathers like counsel should go to the casino bc he's hitting all the right buttons I heard that, too. 15. Should I still be worried about losing 3 out of 4? I'm trying to take the temperature of the ninnies in the room
  16. Uh, wow.
  17. http://www.markerhistory.com/Images/Low%20Res%20A%20Shots/montgomery%20county%20z-105.jpg
  18. Memphis' TV contract is under $10 million/year. NY and LA's are 10x that.
