  1. Patriots, Colts and Broncos all being 8-2 was not on my bingo card
  2. It also means his misses are where no one can get the ball. I'd rather him overthrow a ball to the sideline or past a streaking receiver than underthrow into traffic.
  3. Caleb has started 26 games and has thrown just 10 picks Peyton Manning threw 28 in his rookie year alone Brees threw 16
  4. There were one or two plays yesterday where he scrambled to his left and there were two receivers crossing to the left (one underneath, one mid-field) and he chose to tuck and run rather than leading either receiver to the sideline
  5. I still can't tell if it's "can't see open receivers" or "doesn't trust himself to fit the ball into tight windows", but on many replays yesterday, there seemed to be open receivers crossing the field as he was scrambling
  6. And it feels like the sacks he does take are only for a few yards. He often scrambles to avoid big losses but doesn't quite make it back to the LOS
  7. Remaining schedule: @ MIN vs. PIT @ PHI @ GB vs. CLE vs. GB @ SF vs. DET
  8. So already bested last year's win total with 8 games still to go
  9. The drops were brutal. What's the total number of drops on the season (and how does it compare to other teams)? Also, why the FUUUCK is Donald Trump in the booth for this Commanders/Lions game?
  10. Jonathan Taylor is a beast
  11. This Falcons/Colts game has been extremely entertaining
  12. I'm not even mad about it. That was an amazing finish for Indiana.
  13. Well that’s one of the best TD catches I’ve ever seen in my life.
  14. Penn State leading Indiana in the 4th…
  15. The narratives have been unfair since the draft. Jayden Daniels was the messiah last yea rand we, as Bears fans, were told that we should regret the Caleb pick. This year, Jayden sucked, and is now dead, and not a peep from the talking heads (except that Caleb still is the worst thing ever even when he's leading remarkable comebacks)
  16. Foot turned the completely wrong way
  17. Dansby losing out to whoever is a damn shame
  18. Patrick Mahomes had 19 incompletions. Josh Allen had 3
  19. Caleb still on pace to be the first Bears QB in history to top 4000 yards
  20. Indiana by infinity
  21. His inability to check down is a separate issue. To me, it seems like the coaches are explicitly telling him not to run unless all his options are covered (and he can't see who's open and who's not, which is, again, a separate issue)
  22. I firmly believe that Caleb refusing to tuck and run is something that is being coached out of him. We know (from last year) that his instinct is to run before checking down, and now he's going out of his way to keep the play alive without running. That HAS to be coming down from the coaches
  23. Announcers are tearing Caleb a new one. And Santos needs to be cut immediately.
