    he caught 85 passes which would also have put him in top 10 for WR; he & his agent probably feels the franchise cap number for RB doesn't nearly account for his total offensive production and they'd be right to think so him adding another 400 touches this season at a relative pittance doesn't even help his value at all, regardless of his output Wouldn't he get 144% of the tag number? That would be roughly $13.5 Million
