    Call his bluff. I know Rob Manfred is stupid, but he's not stupid enough to let a new owner move the oldest franchise in baseball to a random city. Also, the Reds can take their "woe is me, what can you do in this type of market?" schtick and shove it. San Diego and Milwaukee are comparable markets with perennial contenders
