  1. You don't know that. Yeah he does. Who's replacing Bradley in RF next year? I'm eager to hear your response. Why don't you wait until we see who actually will replace him next year before you make any proclamations as to who will have a better season. Speculation at this point is like pissing in the wind. Or you can look at the realistic in-house and free agent RF options for next year and see that I'm right
  2. RF is quickly turning into pre-Ramirez 3B for the Cubs. Between Santo and Aram, the Cubs went through a billion mediocre third basemen. Now we're suffering from a run of crap in RF post-Sosa.
  3. Good thing Bradley produced THIS YEAR for us. this year is over. I'm concerned about next year. I don't particularly want Micah Hoffpauir or Mark DeRosa in RF next year
  4. and so what if he does? He didn't want to be here and it's apparent that both the management and the players didn't like him either. The team (on the field) will be worse for losing him. There's no way to quantify the off-the-field stuff in terms of wins and losses
  5. Bradley will outplay whoever the Cubs stick in RF next year.
  6. this stadium is an affront to humanity
  7. lololol yeah, you're right, he's totally going to hit .250 every year from now on So, a guy who is a career .277 hitter is going to hit .330? Ok. hyperbole, have you heard of it? Even if he hits .290 next year it will be a damning reflection on Hendry
  8. lololol yeah, you're right, he's totally going to hit .250 every year from now on
  9. I can't wait for the Cubs to trade him for pennies on the dollar and then for Bradley to hit .330 for another team next year
  10. which "bounces and breaks" were those? the two missed FG's, Olsen getting Forte's fumble, etc.
  11. well this makes up for last week......the bounces (and breaks) went the Bears way in a game they probably should have lost.
  12. the smug in here is growing thick in here
  13. he just didn't want to be good last week. that's it.
  14. I hope Paul Sullivan and all you idiots are happy now. The team is now worse and we'll have to watch Bobby Scales in the OF the rest of the season.
  15. oh for [expletive]'s sake
  16. Why not? It was scheduled that way in the preseason when Iowa was ranked and PSU was top 10. They're both 3-0 now. Plus they can re-live the game they had last year like they did with Texas Tech/Texas. It's probably the 2nd best game of the weekend. makes me nervous. Don't need to see PSU get upset at home in primetime
  17. Have fun watching this, guys. I'm stuck with Denver/Cleveland....
  18. no idea why PSU/Iowa is in primetime.
  19. one point
  20. I don't think the Heisman race is just McCoy vs. Tebow right now. It's probably more wide open this year than it has been in awhile
  21. Predicted Top 10: 1. Florida 2. Texas 3. Alabama 4. Penn State 5. Ole Miss 6. Cal 7. LSU 8. Virginia Tech 9. Ohio State 10. Oklahoma
  22. Georgia/Arkansas in a shoot out early
  23. so does the annual MSU death-spiral start early this year?
  24. This won't be USC's only loss this season. doesn't mean they won't get to the Rose Bowl. You think Cal or UCLA will go without a loss in the Pac-10 this year? I'm actually not sure how the Rose Bowl gets to pick since they also host the championship this season? And no, UCLA nor Cal will win the Pac-10. I think USC will win. doesn't the Rose Bowl default to Pac-10/Big Ten?
