    That 34-21 win against Detroit last week looks a lot better for Atlanta now. I am ridiculously confident that they will win today.

    He's Tyler Thigpen, a second year player from (I believe) a small school. Not sure why he's playing, other than because Damon Huard isn't a great option and Thigpen is, at least, young. He went to Coastal Carolina

    Great weather, national exposure, proven path to the NFL, hot chicks and a hell of a football tradition. Why would a stud recruit want to go anywhere else?     Does anybody else do this? Basically you get to pick one thing at a time. For example, today you got to pick between a couple soccer games, a couple football games, and a couple baseball games. You pick one side at a time. Today, I picked Chelsea winning versus a Manchester City win or draw. Once the matchup is final, you get to pick another one. The most wins each month gets 2,500 dollars, and if you build a streak of 25 wins you could win a million dollars. Im up to 4 wins and I picked Wisconsin over Fresno State tonight.

    It might be unpopular around here, at this point, but I still believe Ronny would develop into an average-above average starting SS, given the opportunity. However, with Theriot getting on-base at a high-rate, I won't complain. However, if Theriot starts to slump next year, I would not hesitate giving Cedeno regular playing time.

    This is a good move by McLane. He might be just doing it for financial reasons, but this is the best case scenario for his team. There is absolutely no way this can backfire on them.

    Barrett only has a .800 OPS against the cards. but yea, Jones killed the Cards. 1.010 OPS which is his highest by a large margin.

    White and Jenkins both had a huge case of the drops with Vick as their quarterback, mostly because of how hard he threw the ball. Their drops went mostly away last season. I don't want it to be this way, but I just hear so many of the same excuses, explanations to not make this comparison. Even some of the praise is the same (increasing completion %, more of a pocket passer), neither made Vick a significantly better QB

    I hate to open this can of worms, but a lot of Vick's struggles were blamed on his recievers and how often they dropped the ball. Roddy White has since blossomed into a solid #1 WR and Michael Jenkins looks to be stepping his game up, too.
