    Theriot really needs a day off and the rest of the lineup looks pretty good. Monroe looks pretty good? I said the lineup as a whole, not one player. If you are going your route of bitching, you should begin, like Keener said, with Cedeno. I dont mind Cedeno being in the lineup, but when you said that the rest of the lineup looks pretty good, I did not know whether you saw Monroe in there and not Jones Theriot needs an off day. Sub 550 OPS in September. I have no problem with Cedeno playing. I dont mind either, I did not say anything about Cedeno being in the lineup

    How have we struggled with the Cardinals? A loss and 2 close games that ended up wins. The Cubs were 2 swings of the bat away from losing 3 games in a row to the Cardinals, thats hardly dominating. Yes, but we were one swing of the bat away from winning all three games.

    everything was going well there until the dempster starting part Dempster approached the Cubs during the year and a promise was made, his arm has recovered and he can be a strong middle of a rotation starter...Using Marshall as trade along with Murton or Jones and Ohman could produce Hawpe or even Abreu. Marshall, Jones and Ohman for Hawpe or Abreu. We would have to eat basically all of Jones' and Ohman's contracts and even tehn it will probably not happen. Teams should know that Ohman and Jones are over the hill. And then its Marshall plus two bad veterans for Hawpe or Abreu?
