I wonder what the outcome would be if Pujols got to bat every spot against Marquis. I'm guessing there'd be at least 20 runs scored. This is true On another note I officially want Lou fired now
By the end of the season, I'm willing to bet these words will have been uttered like than 30 times. Nope Pujols will hit every other pitch he gets the rest of the year. For a home run even.
Sports aren't that complicated. Why are there people who mess it up so easily? I'm all for super complicating baseball At least then we'll know if someone is good or bad. So we stop making fun of Adam Dunn and just make fun of Juan Pierre all the time. But really recognizing that Dunn is good and Pierre is bad isn't that hard. ESPN seems to think understanding sports is hard when it really isn't.
I've been there for Cubs games and it was fun. I went there during a Brewers-Pirates game on a day of a Cubs rain out. Not only was it pretty boring, I think there were more Cubs fans there for the game.
Soto's like the guy in the Dos Equis commercials... He is.... the most interesting man in the world. Soto: "I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I prefer Dos Home Runs."
