    Since the east isn't exactly amazing it would be even more weird if they stick to the 6th or 7th and take down Boston and Washington which isn't completely impossible, I mean, it's still unlikely as hell but it's not like both those teams are great, they're good but not great. yeah i mean nothing like that would surprise me. is it safe to say yet felicio is a pretty nice find as a rotational big? young, too. If Wade has another gear and Jimmy keeps being Jimmy something silly could happen in the playoffs. I just wish there was something else to real;y latch onto that could make being in the playoffs somewhat exciting.

    I would think the Celtics with Butler/George would be better than teams from two years ago. I wanted to see Boogie on the Celtics. I had a gut feeling he would have been more chill on a team like that and really think they'd have a shot vs the Cavs.

    I can see that. I guess I see Jimmy as at least a borderline top 10 player and that's tough to turn down but on the other hand they probably don't win a title with Jimmy. I think the Celtics need a star with Thomas or they become the Hawks and Jimmy could have been it.

    The rumor I read said the Celtics didn't want to do the deal because of Crowder. I like Crowder, would have enjoyed him on the Bulls, but not including him for Butler seems silly if that's what happened (I haven't really read rumor stuff today)

    Sacramento's futility is impressive. I am very interested to see how Davis and Cousins play together. I love both of them so I guess I like the Pelicans now.

    That was a pretty bad call at the end and it's annoying that the Bulls can beat good teams but lost so many times to not so good teams also I kinda want Boston to pass Cleveland just because it'd be different.

    This sucks of course but the argument against blowing it all up would be involve building around Jimmy and throwing together a 50 win team which would be fun and could win a playoff series or two. I still think this would be easier to attain than trading Jimmy, tanking and being flat out bad for years. In my eyes though, constant .500 ball in which they compete for the 8th seed is almost as unfun as flat out sucking. This team is so unfun that it has a 2010 Cubs. At least there was that 2 weeks to star the year where they were good but no one cared because of the Cubs.

    I'm fine with the rule for non MLB games.I don't see the point of changing a game that's had the same basic rules forever. I like that baseball is like that and other sports aren't.

    I think the Wood play is my most watched highlight of the regular season. I think it's because the Mariners game was definitely my favorite regular season game. Actually it's one of my favorite Cubs games ever just because it was so weird (kind of like the Steve McMichael game) On another note weird feeling to not have as much attachment to regular season games now because we won the friggin' World Series

    God yes, I haven't been able to get into any other sport this year and my team was a win from the Super Bowl. The fact that we're going to be defending world champions all season is awesome. I'm pretty sure I'll think about it every damn day.
