Illinois defense has talent. Seems like a good chunk of the Big 10 can defend this year.

Sucks to lose in the playoffs. But teams don't typically win all their playoff games. Still got a great shot if we can just pull one off tomorrow. -

I'm not too stressed by the rivalry aspect just because the Cardinals historically own us. If we lose it just adds to a feeling I'm used to. On the other hand a win over then would be so sexy. Also, I just have confidence in this team so I'm never afraid of the "we're the Cubs and we'll screw this up" moment.

Preparing pitcher chants for the 9th inning when you're the home team seems kind of defeatist. They're scared.
