  1. Brewer's appealing to try and make it a no-hitter. It was an error.
  2. I think CC is out there on the hopes that the one hit he gave up will be changed to an error (rightfully so).
  3. Here it is. It was Steven Jackson... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GX_5tzwVz3I
  4. What did Villy do besides yell in celebration?
  5. Ned you idiot. Also, Braun reinjured himself.
  6. Mets blow a 5 run lead. Brewers win.
  7. Counsell with a dagger more than likely.
  8. Both lineups look pretty bad today. Counsell-Kapler-Kendall doesn't instill much fear.
  9. He hopes to play tomorrow.
  10. Ned sends Sheets back out for the 9th with 102 pitches and a 6 run lead.
  11. Nats 2nd and 3rd, no outs and no one scores.
  12. Looks like the Brewers pen may get another night off. Sheets through 7 innings, 86 pitches, 0 runs, and 3 hits (no walks).
  13. 5-0 Brewers, it's HR derby day at Miller.
  14. Lower back tightness.
  15. Braun hurt and out of the game.
  16. Cards blew another one in the 9th.
  17. Right, because acquiring the reigning AL Cy Young award winner was pure luck. You're right, everything they have done so far was based on their skill including the Cubs losing. There was a reason I put a hyphon between the two as it has been a combination of both, not that I said one was more than the other, but I did put skill first.
  18. Well, tonight's Brewers/Astros game has gotten a little bigger. Though it isn't a huge deal, the fact that the Brewers were 8.5 out not tool long ago and can now tie for the best NL record speaks volumes about how well/lucky they have been playing lately.
  19. Oh well, cant include them all I guess.
  20. For someone who can't get the game, is Johnson overwhelming or getting lucky? Is Harden filthy and what's his fastball at?
  21. That game could have been a real heartbreaker for the Brewers. To get clean innings from McClung from the 2-5th, Mota, Gagne, and Riske only to blow it in the 9th could have been one of those moments that many of us Brewer fans know all to well as the harbinger of death in a series.
  22. Bolded guys are just where I think they should be based on their skillset.
  23. When Sheets had a blister it was 15 days and then he was kind of babied back a little. Also, you have to worry that it will be a reoccuring issue ala Beckett. Overall though, unless it's a chronic thing, it will just be an extended break for Wood.
  24. I like the trade for the Brewers but I don't think that Ray will play more than twice a week. The Brewers gave up two farmhands that more than likely, would have never seen a Brewer uniform.
