I agree, I dont even understand why they are so picky on this. Has there been an injury to a goalie that could have been prevented by blowing a quick whistle in that situation? Dexter is the worst at it... maybe someday he'll find bleach... i dont understand any of this me either haha, think we worked it out in PMs

Dexter is the worst at it... maybe someday he'll find bleach... Unbelievably bad call by the ref at the end. You can talk about soft penalties and non-called penalties, but those still only affect powerplays. On this one the ref personally cost the Red Wings a tying goal with barely a minute to go. That they didn't/couldn't review a play like that is simply beyond belief. Beyond that (and that's a pretty BIG "that"), the Ducks are playing the Red Wings like a grand piano. They are incredibly impressive and are just giving a showcase on how to play playoff hockey. Their tough defense and brilliant goaltender are just getting it done while Getzlaf is doing a fabulous impression of Mario Lemieux.

Pronger doing his job.. cheap bastard... and should get a carryover penalty on Zetterberg, won't happen, though. Oh well... Ducks did exactl what they wanted to do in this series....
