    I was wrong, it is a 3 games in FOUR days trip for the Flames. They should be nice and tired, but glad to be home... I still think the Hawks win and go 11-0-0 against Canadian teams.

    I actually agree in some ways with both arguments. I bet Kane is a cocky prick... but last night Campbell got hit completely clean and Walker went after the guy. Kane got cheap shotted 3-4 times in the 1st alone and nothing happened.

    Well I was right... but my damn co-worker made my picks for me yesterday and I told him Ohio State and he picked Purdue!

    Well got home a couple hours ago and watched the game start to finish (no commercials thank God). Here are my observations: 1ST PERIOD - KANE NEEDS TO CHECK... I can't stand watching him get cheap shotted time after time when he has maybe ONE career hit. Patrick, it's OK to check... it's a part of hockey. - So many golden chances saved by Patrick ROYloson. - Kane is getting smashed and no one is sticking up for him... but hell, Campbell gets hit... and Walker fights someone. You gotta know and stick up for your star players. - Byfuglian/Wisniewski had two SICK hits. 2ND PERIOD - NICE rip by Barker on the PP. - HOLY [expletive]... Are we actually winning faceoffs this period? - ROYloson no mas. - LOL @ Edmonton's clearing attempts. 3RD PERIOD - CHICAGO BLACKHAWKS This was an awesome game to watch, anyone else have thoughts on it?

    Why? Pomeroy has Purdue with a 64% chance to win and Ohio State hasn't beat a good team since early December. Don't think Purdue has won in Ohio since 1998. Purdue doesn't score a lot of points, but has a sick defense. It's a toss-up so I'm going for the home team. This could be a big streak breaker for a lot of people.

    Def. going Ohio State tonight over Purdue... can't believe its over 90% in favor of Purdue.

    2 points in 2 games. 1G 1A I have watched the last couple Wings games, and I really only remember the goal he scored... he can move the puck though. Also, he's a Finn so I have a bias.

    Gah... got practicals and a written test tonight, probably won't be home til like 10:30... I expect another shellacking... Hawks win 6-1. Luckily I have TiVo! ----------------- Also... the game on Thursday against the Flames, we'll have the edge. They are coming in for the last of a 3 games in 5 days. Hopefully they're tired.

    Empty net for the Flames... as Kiprusoff was coming off the ice the Avs stole the puck and Kip started back towards the goal but quickly turned around and it was BORDERLINE too many men... but I would take that and just be irritated about it. THEN they are about to drop the puck and Fraser comes over and points at another player on the bench of the Flames (He was out of ear shot so it couldn't have been a bench penalty) and he made it a 5 v 3. With a freaking minute to go, no one even knows what the penalty is and the announcers were flabbergasted, as was I. Anyways... next play after the whistle an Avs player cross-checks Phaneuf in the face while Fraser is 10 feet from it and he doesn't call [expletive]. Anyways, the Flames had 3 sick slapshots in the last 25 seconds... but man that was just terrible. EDIT: Haha it was an Unsportsmanlike Conduct on Nystrom who was sitting there calmly... wow.

    Yep... Kerry Fraser, messing up the NHL since 1981. I can't believe how freaking terrible he is. Anyone catch that last minute of the Avs/Flames game?

    This Avs/Flames game has lived up to what I expected and it's only the 2nd Period. 4-3 so far Avs. HUGE hits and a couple fights, gotta love hard nosed hockey. Is 24 over for you yet, kujay? Not going to want to miss the 3rd!

    This game on VS (Wings/Blues) is ridiculous... man are Legace and Osgood terrible... 5 goals between the two of them in a 4 minute window.

    Man that Boston/Montreal game yesterday afternoon was money... that's some sick hockey. Lang is possibly out for his career after lacerating his achilles tendon. Man are the Habs a bunch of diving embellishing pussies. Also, really looking forward to the Calgary @ Colorado game tonight, you guys should watch that if you wanna see a fiery game. The Avs streams are one of the best at ATDHE.net.

    Im tired of hearing these idiot officials. EDIT: Not complaining about the calls because I couldn't give a crap who wins... but its really annoying seeing yellow flags every play.
