    Not going to be overly critical on the refs here since we are the ones who can't capitalize on the PP. But it looked pretty clear Havlat was hooked again driving to the net then someone's stick was slashed shortly after. Oh well :(

    Heard about this... can't wait to see a replay! This one was better then last nights, because Nash was making a run at him. Oshie just dropped his shoulder and put Nash on his back. Yea this could be the making of a sick rivalry and possibly make a seemingly dull playoff series incredibly awesome to watch!

If so, is it really that time consuming to sign a single autograph for a kid? I'm not ripping on him for not doing it, but I don't think "having a baby a few days ago" is a good enough excuse for not signing one autograph. LOOK YOU GUYS!     Alright we need to make a decision... A) Which avatar are we going to use? Do we just want to use the one I'm using? B) When do we want to throw them up? When we clinch OR when the playoffs start? I am down to throw them up when we clinch. EDIT: I got someone good with PhotoShop to doctor up the avatar I'm using to have "2009 PLAYOFFS" written under it as well as the Stanley Cup in the background!

    clearly it's common to send a guy deep in case the defense falls asleep and doesn't cover him - in that situation you have an easy lob pass that the guy can go collect even if it's off the mark. however, just like any other pass that the guy is making, you don't throw it unless the guy is free from a defender. Well it was pretty dumb when they have the lead and can just hold onto the ball and get fouled and make it a 3-4 point game there. There was what? 20 seconds left in the game? Would have made Pitt HAVE to foul... why risk the turnover (which obviously happened) when you're up by 2 with 20 seconds left and have possession?

    right because i'm sure jay wright told the inbounder to throw a hail mary to a teammate who was well defended. You didn't think it came from the coach to try that? I'm not going to pretend I know exactly how it works... but it doesn't seem like anyone would be that dumb unless the coach told them too. Hell, I'd hate to be whatever nimrod decided to do it in the first place... doesn't really matter anymore, though.
