    Never has the term "a picture is worth a thousand words" been more apt. Makes me wish I was watching ESPN's feed yesterday.     Just got back from Milwaukee after being at games 3 and 4. All I've got to say for now is best road trip EVER! More details and pictures of the amazing Cubs later.

    This brings back memories of last year's trade deadline. All the rumors and 40 minutes before the deadline my power went out until the 4th inning of the Cubs-Phillies game.

    Caballo, same things can be said for the Cubs. 1.) Quade sending Lee...why? 2.) Fielder makes the greatest play of his life which stopped 2 runs from scoring. 3.) Lee cuts off ball that could have CLEARLY gotten Fielder at home. (see what I did right there) 4.) Leaving Bob Howry in to face Branyan. A guy who only throws fastballs against a guy who only hits fastballs....geee? Who woulda thunk it? 5.) Fontenot not scoring on the 2B where he would have been CLEARLY safe...changes whole inning, am I right? Fact is...all of these comments are ridiculous. Brewers didn't beat themselves.

    So...the only other baserunners in the entire game that failed to score for the Brewers were "classic Brewer game"? They got 8 baserunners, and 4 scored, 3 on HRs. Hart wasn't clearly safe, and it was mostly Lee's fault for not letting the ball through, because Fielder would've been out. Torres was lucky to get out with only giving 2 runs up. Fukudome and Soto both K'd during AB where they swung at balls out of the zone. The Cubs had 10 left on base, and left 6 of them in scoring position. No team is going to convert every chance. The Cubs converted a lower % than the Brewers. No, we didnt come through with runners in scoring position. We had huge errors and Hart WAS clearly safe. It was a good game, but if your going to be a tool about it and not even say it was and say something like "Well we should of won by more" which you should not of. I dont even want to talk to you. To all good Cub fans, good game. 1 out of 162, but I wish we would of won. You are a classy fan. I'm glad you're on this board. Thanks. To bad their has to be bad fans for both teams. I wish we won, but I dont know how many more games like this I can handle. You're good on this board, no doubt. But you say some of the funniest things over on Brewerfan. Soriano 3 good weeks a year? Come on. :lol:

    If you're really hungry pre or post game, go to Bacci's Pizzeria outside of Wrigley. The pizza slices are longer than my legs! And they are pretty cheap, $4.50 per slice.

    I know Lilly hasn't really "stepped up" against tougher lineups this year, but in the past he has. Ted, please pitch this game like you're pitching against the Red Sox in say August 2004 :beg:
