brewers just kind of own the cubs organizationally this year. their good pitchers have the book on the cubs’ hitters, they execute and the cubs can’t/won’t adjust. meanwhile the same brewers hitters just keep killing the cubs.

I agree that if you throw out all his bad starts, he’s been very good. Good, then we agree that he was bad in April and good since May 1. Glad we're on the same page now and he sucked today and his overall numbers suck. but we’ll always have that glorious may...

fascinating. he now has a 4.48 era, a 1.48 whip and has barely struck out more than he’s walked. he has overall sucked and sucked hard. not sure how this is even a debate. When you put up a 9.00+ ERA in April, yes, it horsefeathers up your season stats I agree that if you throw out all his bad starts, he’s been very good.
