1.) The Carlos Lee for Scott Podsednik trade did not help the White Sox. 2.) The White Sox are no more real than the A's or the Orioles right now. Are you kidding me? He was their leadoff man. I guarantee the Cubs would take vintage 2005 Scott Podsednik in a heartbreat. -
say what you will about the White Sox, but everyone thought Kenny Williams was a mad man when he disposed of the likees of Mags, Frank Thomas, and Carlos Lee, and brought in washed up Jermaine Dye, the always hated AJ Pyrzinski, and the now defunct Scott Podsednik, but that worked out pretty well for them. How great would a Cub/White Sox World Series be.

So has anyone else been tracking long time journeyman turned minor league coach turned Brewers savior Gabe Kapler lately? Hes like the top hitter in all of baseball. Now I doubt that he'll keep up this pace for long, but what if he does? What happens when Mike Cameron is eligable to return? They cant send him to the bench. Do they risk a return to 3B for Ryan Braun, and let Weeks, Hall, and hardy fight it out for the 2 middle infield positions? Do they actually bench Braun if he keeps hitting the way he is? As of now, between him, Kapler, and Hart, hes the weak link. Granted, its the type of problem a manager likes to have, but it leaves them with some difficult decisions.
