He's on his way to becoming one of the top 3 players in the world. IIRC, he's only 19. Also, in the EPL today, Man U drew with 'Boro. That opens the door to Chelsea moving within 1 point of the leaders with a win vs. Newcastle tomorrow. :D

by fining urlacher, the nfl is creating more attention and coverage for vitamin water than urlacher's hat every did at the super bowl.

i haven't been able to comment on all the goings on in the football world. i'm very excited about chelsea's quad attempt. i don't think its likely that it'll happen but to be in mid-april with a good chance to win 4 trophies, is a great thing. the epl title is now up for grabs as rio ferdinand and man u crapped the bed against portsmouth last weekend. both chelsea and man u have some fairly tough match left, not included the monster, may 9th match in london. champions league is dominated by english clubs, which makes a statement about the quality of the epl, at least the top 4. chelsea has a tough match against l'pool but it'll be exciting match regardless. i'm looking forward to the last 6 weeks of the football season, hopefully i'm not disappointed.
