    Cubs Gamethread: Packing my bags Edition Hey folks! With islandcub MIA I'll be going a turn early. I've only got two starts in me at the moment as I'm leaving the country for a year on Saturday night, so here's hoping I retire undefeated on the season. The Cubs are an astounding 2.5 out of first and again at the .500 mark at 38-38. They could somehow be 1.5 out by the end of today which I really don't understand at all. The pitching match-up today is in our beloved Cubs' favor as we have that useless schmuck Suppan going up against the ever-awesome Carlos Zambrano. Roll Cubs.
