    Our long national nightmare is over. Javy finally with a none HR hit, a single in the 5th. He is 2/3 tonight with a HR and a K.

    I wonder what the would do with Alcantara when the time comes. The infield up there is packed enough as it is. Alcantara is 1-1 with a triple on the night, by the way.

    I know we had expressed some concern about whether the new rules would make the new facility a waste, but could it be argued that since the playing field has been leveled more in regards to what can be spent on IFA, it actually makes the facility MORE valuable than it would have been with the old rules, since it would just come down to money back then? I think that could definitely be argued and is probably the logical answer. If everything else is equal, wouldn't you go with the team that you knew better?

If he has Angel Guzman's career at this point, that's a pleasant surprise. Did we ever have it confirmed where the calcium deposits were? They can be in the ligament. You're overreacting

    He's been really solid this year. I think he ends up as the next Sean Marshall/James Russell type. I wouldn't go that far.
