Cubs.com reporting that Soriano is moving back to LF when he returns next week! I guess this means Pie is optioned or Jacque is soon to be traded... Sori's expected to play on Monday.

It's 74 degrees in Chicago and the wind is blowing out of Wrigley Field so it should be a lot easier to score runs today! I hope Marquis' sinker is working well.

And they do, and now Mil and Houston are tied for the division lead. HOU 9-6 MIL 9-7 My math sucks tonight. So Houston is up by .5 game. And I guess we're 4 back now. 3.5, just like yesterday. Remember, MIL lost so the Cubs didn't lose ground in the standings even though the leader changed. I'll be rooting for MIL (and the Cubs) tomorrow. http://chicago.cubs.mlb.com/mlb/standings/index.jsp

Lidge is awful! HOU took a 4 run lead in the top of the 9th on a GS by Biggio then Lidge comes out to walk two and serve up a 3 run homer.
