I think he's still a little gimpy. He didn't look full strength coming around to score on Floyd's hit. I think that's why the ball skipped by him.

for running on what was probably a missed hit-and-run, and for being called out when he was safe. Intelligent comment. After working a walk in a 8+ pitch AB... The issue is with Lou. He has to make sure guys aren't making outs on the basepaths by not putting them in motion to begin with. He was safe. Even though the call didn't go their way. It's not the worst play in the world considering the batter. Izturis is much more likely to GIDP than hit a double in that situation.
