I'd treat it like a normal start. Don't overthrow him, but there really isn't that much need to be overly conservative either. The pen is fairly fresh-- no need to overwork Z.

The Reds announcers are mentioning this and believe his arm angle has dropped. Maybe he has a tired arm. I don't know why, he only leads the league in PAB with 112 pitches a game.
