  1. Match made in heaven. Come on Hendry.
  2. It's all clear now. I should keep up!
  3. Damn it. I was surprised by it.
  4. I'm digging it, Tim. Really great work. I wish I had beat you to the punch, I've always wanted to be a part of a website like that.
  5. Go. If you look it up, put spoilers.
  6. he's literally nothing like milton bradley Yeah, like Milton Bradley or not, I don't think anyone who has watched Milt for more than five or six games could buy that comparison.
  7. Was he? I tend to believe that if a guy still produces in the counting stats even with poor rate stats (which is sort of Soriano's entire career), he can still be considered reasonably productive, subjectively. Am I wrong? Wait, what? Poor rate stats would make the counting stats almost irrelevant.
  8. I'm just really happy to have gotten the job, to be honest. I'll probably just take an offseason to reflect on my achievement.
  9. I'm pretty sure Bellhorn's thing wasn't in 2004. I'm pretty sure Bellhorn wasn't on the team in 2004. Wasn't that 2002?
  10. i thought it was "darth vader in baseball spikes" Hm, it's possible. The Reds away uniforms back then did have pinstripes, I believe, so either is possible.
  11. Darth Vader in pinstripes.
  12. That's one of the more fun games I've ever been to.
  13. Because trying to find positives is stupid. Those that do should be eliminated as quickly as possible.
  14. I'm pretty nervous about matching up with Wisconsin. I think the Hawks will pull it out, but it's going to be their toughest game of the year to this point besides Penn State.
  15. We've come to the end of the 2000's. What do you think is the most memorable play of the decade (good or bad)? The first play that comes to mind is Rammy's grand slam against Florida. Given what was going on, that hit had me printing World Series tickets. Alas. http://images.bleedcubbieblue.com/images/admin/aramisramirez.jpg
  16. Beautiful thing. I wonder if this is the longest losing streak by a division in the playoffs.
  17. Can't come soon enough. Heading to the tailgate in... 3 hours.
  18. Rather large Holliday and DeRo GIFs.
  19. Hey guys, how about this one... Adam Whinewright! Get it?!
  20. The Dodgers were getting throughly dominated all day. There were two outs in the 9th. Loney hit it fairly weakly right to Holliday. Something tells me the crowd wasn't waving those white towels much anyway.
  21. Awful AB by Kemp given the situation.
  22. If Burrell was to bounce back anywhere close to his pre-2009 numbers, we'd be acquiring an outstanding hitter. But yeah, the defense would suffer and there's no guarantee he's going to return to form.
  23. Do you think Tommy Hanson will be successful next year? please tell me this is a joke. It was just a random name I thought of, a rookie pitcher with similar IP. I realize Hanson is a superior prospect. I don't even think Wells IS a prospect. Why are you guys so freaking mean and condescending? Wait, what? You say something completely ridiculous by comparing Hanson to Wells and then you are stunned that someone calls you out on it? Get thicker skin.
