    Welcome. Out of curiosity, who's Tinkers? :D I actually think Rothschild has done a good job this year. I don't think he needs to be replaced. I didn't think that way the last couple of years, but more and more I'm believing the reports that the problem wasn't Rothschild himself, but rather that Dusty refused to listen to him. I know no one ever believes posts like this, but trust me, it's true. I know a friend of Larry Rothschild and I've heard that he and Dusty got along poorly. Dusty was far more inclined to listen to Dick Pole about pitching matters than he was to Larry Rothschild.
