  1. Boston traded CRM Software for a pitcher? Not a bad deal.
  2. Please  So, I've looked at this a few hundred times and I still cant figure out what was so disagreeable with the above statement. Wanna help me? I consider the GM's of the past 2 WS champs baseball "guys" They are not going anywhere.
  3. I like this singing, Ward can actually hit the ball now and then, unlike John Maybe.
  4. Lets hope he never pitches for the Cubs again. Great idea with the 2 year contract Jim.
  5. Please
  6. Because the injury occured after the preaseason started, he wasn't eliglible for PUP. That happens often in the NFL. A player is injured for a extened time, but maybe not the whole season, but the team can't hold a roster spot so they have to IR that player. Mark Andserson was almost put on IR. I'd like the NFL to adopt some type of extended disabled list(like baseball). That is what the commish shoudl be focused on, instead of pussying the NFL like he currenlty is.
  7. Normally, I'd say there is no way he misses any time. But lets not forget, this new commish Goodall has an axe to grind. He is really trying to make an example out of some people.
  8. I said, its really a shame Dvorczek got hurt in the preseason. If he can show something early on in camp next august, I am all for letting Tank go. He obviously doesn't give a [expletive] about the Chicago Bears, otherwise he would never jepoardize the teams chances of a super bowl like this.
  9. This dumbass needs to wake up and realize he isn't some gangsta anymore. He is a professional athlete....grow up and act like one. You don't live in Gary IN anymore.
  10. All he can do is jump
  11. Me too, as a reserve.
  12. Nolasco would sure look nice in our rotation next summer!
  13. The Ratbirds running game sucks and will get exposed in the playoffs.
  14. Latest power rankings are a freakin joke. Bears at #4 , please. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/powerranking?season=2006&week=15 Bears are better than both the Ratbirds, and the Aints.
  15. More than likely they will attempt to kick it to the opposiite site of the field that Hester is on, or kick it to the up man, like when a half is about to end.
  16. ESPN is so [expletive]. Lets say Hester doesn't return those 2 TD's. Who's to say Grossman doesn't lead scoring drives both times? Exactly. Three of the four offensive scoring drives were for more than 75 yards, and the fourth was still 56. It's not like he put up those numbers playing a short field like he was able to do so much at the beginning of the season. i heard cowherd this morning rambling on and on about how grossman wasn't really that good (just better than the 1+ rating from last week) and that bulger really had the stellar day because, among other things, he had more TIME OF POSSESSION than rex. are you kidding me? T.O.P.?!?! of course, he failed to mention that maybe -- just maybe -- the 14 pts in 20 seconds from hester not only took away time on the field for the offense but forced the D to play back-to-back too .. or that much of the rams' offense came in garbage time against our D which is missing our best pass rusher and 3 DBs. i was getting a bit worked up by his inane drivel until i heard him claim that he liked joe buck. then i didn't care any more. was rex stellar? not at all .. but i liked his game. he checked down when he had to. he didn't throw off his back foot into triple coverage. his timing was good -- that TD to moose would have been incomplete last week b/c he would have taken too long to throw it. of course, having a competent run game had to help. Cowerd is a waste of human life.
  17. He had an off game. It happens.
  18. ESPN is so [expletive]. Lets say Hester doesn't return those 2 TD's. Who's to say Grossman doesn't lead scoring drives both times?
  19. Anderson was regarded as a 2nd round pick. Why he fell is beyond me. Good for the Bears.
  20. TD rams, thanks to [expletive] rules. Good job refs, keep it close.
  21. is that sarcasm? He hit the hell out of his head. Thats Bears football 8-) The way the game should be played.
  22. Break his neck next time Chris.
  23. He has been outstanding this season. That drive should have ended, but [expletive] rules kept it alive. I disagree. I'm very underwhelmed by his play -- his tackling in particular. Look, you're in the end zone. Bulger is flushed. You need to be looking for the ball, not just staring at the receiver. We are evaluating Tillman on a single play now?
