    Hell with it. Sign someone to a ten day contract and on Jan 27 have them simply step on the court and punch Posey in the face.

    Alex Brown is a great player. In the Meadowlands he is. The fact is the whole "sacks don't matter" attitdue died when Jauron and Blache left, and thankfully so. Sacks do matter. Jon Kitna proved that Sunday. The Bears had a few opportunties to sack him on the last play, and luckilly Big Bust Mike Williams dropped that ball. Not only is Brown not getting to the QB, he is getting owned at the LOS. Alex Brown is an extremely streaky player and needs to step it up or else.

    Even though Anderson can't stop the run. Mark Anderson has made numerous of big stops vs. the run. I have no idea where this myth came from.

    WTF?!?!?!? Dan Shanoff, formerly of ESPN Page 2's Daily Quickie, mentions him as NFC MVP, which is just as ludicrous. How bad do you have to be in order to be fired from ESPN's Page 2? Espn Idiots. LT is the MVP. Just give him the trophy right now. Brees is the MVP of the NFC. It is that simple, (this year at least).

    This will work out good for the Bears. Packers coming in fighting for a playoff spot will be a good tune up for the playoffs. Hoping the starters, Tillman, Vash, & Johnson all start and get this D back on track.

    Why not just jump off the bandwagon right now? Why wait? Has the Bears D regressed yep, but the NFC sucks. And I don't see the Aints or Cowgirls coming into Soldier Field and getting a victory. You are a funny guy, you were saying the one and done last week That was "in the heat of the game" moment Plus today's game was alot better than last weeks.

    Tillman was held out because of precaution. Had it been a game that meant something, he would have played.

    Manning is out of postion 80%+ of the time. If you think that is true, why was he named the starter so early on (after week 2) and not lost his job to Harris yet? I don't know. It certainly was not based on performance. I know the coaching staff is very high on Manning, Lovie Smith was very high on him before the draft. Maybe they wanted him starting so his develeopment is accelerated. I don't dissagree with the decision at the time. But after his benching Harris really rebounded nicely and improved his game. He is a better saftey than Manning at this point IMO.

    And bring in who? He's better than Johnson as a safety and Hester in the Nickle. He is terrible. Play Johnson at SS and Chris Harris at FS. RMJ at Nickle. Ugh no. Johnson is worse in pass coverage and whiffs on too many hits. I'm advocating replacing D. Manning with Chris Harris. Todd Johnson will be starting at SS by playoff time regardless. Chris Harris has really improved this year and is a better option than D. Manning IMO.
