  1. Yes, Master :?
  2. And how would he go about doing that?
  3. John Gilmore caught 2 TD passes last year in a game. Both Clark and Olsen will see plenty of time. I'm not too concerned about Olsen's blocking. 1) Oline coach Heistand is excellent IMO. Him and the TE coach will coach Olsen up in this area. 2) Blocking skills for TE's is overrated. I think the term "Great Blocking TE" gets applied often to TE's that are marginal recievers. Same goes for DE's that can't rush the passer. They get the "solid run defender" label. (see Phillip Daniels).
  4. I have a feeling Paulina is gonna be another one of those classic "Cub Killers". IIRC, didn't have some big games vs. us last season?
  5. On the topic of the Brew Crew, I am the only one that things Ned Yost looks like George W. Bush a bit?
  6. Man Carol Sleezak and Jay Mariotti are just bashing Olsen in the Sun Times today...HEY NEWS FLASH MORONS!....College Football players get alot of ass.
  7. Slipknot - Surfacing
  8. What is it 0-10 in 1-run games? Pathetic.
  9. Every 220+ safety that gets drafted in the late rounds gets compared to John Lynch.
  10. Payne and Chris Harris are from the same college and good friends, yet I'd say if Payne makes the squad it will be at the expense of Harris probbaly. That should be interesting.
  11. He's admitted to a personal grudge against Angelo, and he's had problems with Bears people in the past. Something I thought was really funny a couple years ago, he went an entire season without picking a Bears game in the 8-10 picks he makes every week. Not that he never picked the Bears, but he never picked a game they played in. And there's no rhyme or reason to what he picks, he'll focus on headline games, but he picks stinkers as well. I think he just ignores them. LOL. Personally, I think Angelo comes off as a little cocky. I swear sometimes he makes a pick just to piss off the Bear fan base.
  12. He gave the Dolphins a "B" as well...classic. I wish I could get paid to write such garbage.
  13. Dr Z's Bear hate continues..and gives the Bears draft a "D" http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2007/writers/dr_z/04/29/draft.report.card/4.html Nevermind we scored the highest ranked TE in round 1 and the 3rd ranked guard in round 4. What a pathetic, sad, little old man.
  14. A similar situation happened to me in Orlando a few years back. I'm curious of the thought process that occurs when someone decides to block a lane in an expressway without proper warnings/cones.
  15. I'm amazed at Dallas poor play so far, and for a while I was a tad nervous they could challenge my Bulls 72 win season record.
  16. With Kevin Jones health in doubt, that Oline, and Kitna the turnover machine, I can't see Calvin Johnson making much of an impact. CJ is talented, but they should have traded down or just selected Joe Thomas. Mind you the rest of their draft was just brutal. Cheers Millen.
  17. Too bad the Bear/Giants game isn't until after the trading dealine, because Alex Brown's trade value is always at an all time high after playing the Giants.
  18. It just underscores what Quinn had to work with, i.e. very little. Yeah, a 1,000 yard rusher at running back, one receiver with over 1,000 yards and one with over 900. It was really Quinn and a bunch of scrubs back there. Just because they aren't pro prospects doesn't mean they weren't great college football players. Rhema Mcknight was a drop machine, and any RB on that roster could have gained 1000 yards. THe only weapon was Jeff S.
  19. They deserve a big round of boooo's....they are gutless!
  20. http://www.blingstar.com/sandbox/broom_new.jpg DA BULLLLS!
  21. ummm, yeah we are actually playing well with Izhorrible on the bench. Lets leave him there and forget he was ever a Cub.
  22. Last year in the 2nd they balked on Devin Hester, at the last minute. Not a good round for them of late.
  23. Really dissapointed in NFL.com There draft tracker is way out of date http://www.nfl.com/draft/drafttracker/round/round1
  24. So the first day Greg Olsen, Dan Bazuin, Garrett Wolfe Michael Okwo Outside of Olsen, don't know what to say. JA knows D, so I'll hold judgement on Bazuin and Okwo, but Wofe? I highly doubt he would have been taken any higher than round 6, don't know what to say. Really mad about no oline selections. I really think our Oline is on the decline and any injuries could accelerate that.
