  1. Not aware of a hair-length rule. Wallace's hair is pretty long. i think hair rules went out the window with Jerry "Cornrow" Krause S12: Are you thinking of the headband rule? No, I just didn't know if the hair rule was still in place.
  2. We don't really care about defense here @NSBB :P
  3. Under the Bulls team rules...he would have to cut that evergreen bush on his head...right?
  4. I think the Phillies could actually get decent value for Burrell if he would back off that no trade clause of his. He needs to get out of Philly, I have no idea was his problem is...Does he have some screws loose?
  5. He can underneath the basket, but can't really generate his own that much.
  6. We would have to kick more garbage in PHL's direction (Eyre). Burrell is owed $14MM next season. I believe Jones gets $5MM next year. Besides, I'm not sure where you play Burrell since we already have a LF. I don't see why he couldn't play RF. If the Cubs can add more payroll though, it should go for a Zambrano contract...first and foremost.
  7. I'd be giddy if that would work. Unfortunately my innate Cubs pessimism tells me it won't happen. I really hope I'm wrong. He also has a no trade clause. I wonder if he would waive it for the Cubs..if not he is a tool.
  8. A trade for Burrell is an interesting proposition....Jones and a good prospect for Burrell might work. He isn't gonna hit 204 the rest of the year..I just think he needs some new scenery.
  9. He started playing @19 right? Could he be hitting his natural regression a tad early because of this?
  10. Yeah, it's Hawes' terrible rebounding rate that gives me pause. A center with plenty of post moves that can't rebound and plays so-so D? We've been down that road before. On top of that..he is a fan of FoxNews... http://www.sportingnews.com/yourturn/viewtopic.php?t=226659 What a tool..LOL
  11. Right now I would take Noah over Hawes. Hawes has some really nice post moves, but these two things scare me. 1) He is still raw 2) Isn't athletic That isn't a good combo IMO. Noah is a safe pick. He has an NBA body, and should be a great defender off the bat. If the Bulls traded Ben Wallace down the line, I could see Noah filling in nicely at C, with TT at PF.
  12. He should be gone long before the Bulls pick in the 2nd. I bet he falls in the 17-24 range of the first round. hmm..nbadraft.net had him in the mid 2nd. I think I should stop visiting that site. They seem pretty off base.
  13. I think I may be the only one here...but I'd like to see the Bulls take a flyer on Big Baby, if he is there in round 2. Has anyone seen him lately...guy has dropped a ton of weight. He recently sprained his ankle so I don't know how that will affect his stock. But if you remember, Glen Davis simply ABUSED Lemarcus in the NCAA Tourney last year.
  14. You are correct. That's why we pay you the big bucks. Dan Evans..Great scout..poor GM..IMO.
  15. How about his trade Bullls get Amare Suns get P.J Brown(sign and trade) 9th pick
  16. Wow, I'm suprised by that workout stats. Wright seems alot quicker on the floor vs. Noah.
  17. How so? Noah's athletic and his offensive game lacks polish. He isn't athletic as guys like Wright, or Yi. His offensive game may lack polish, but he is NBA ready in terms of Defense and rebounding.
  18. I think Pax takes Noah if he is on the board. Last year he went with athleticsim over polish....this year he does the reverse.
  19. Great vids of alot of prospects http://sports.yahoo.com/s/nbadraft
  20. I want Wright from UNC personally....I'd happy with Hawes too.
  21. This is how I see the top 10 going. Portland Greg Oden Seattle Kevin Durant Atlanta Al Horford Memphis Mike Conley Boston Yi Jianlian Milwaukee Corey Brewer Minnesota Spencer Hawes Charlotte Brendan Wright Chicago Joakim Noah Sacramento Jeff Green
  22. Who was the Dodgers GM at the time? We need to find someone that dumb.
  23. http://espn.go.com/mlb/s/2001/0605/1209936.html
  24. Too bad his FA year wasn't this psat offseason, indeed he is costing himself a ton of $$$.
  25. Colletti has been just terrible, wow. That team may be 10 games over right now, but I only think it is a matter of time before they crash and burn.
