What I talked about with Juan is that Snyder and Chamberlain should work just the same as normal, since they came into the db just like any number of other existing minor leaguers. It's really the 2007 draftees that made this situation exceptional. So for the good of the league, I volunteered to drop those guys. It seemed the most fair way to handle things for everyone. Makes sense.. thanks.

Snyder is still on NSBB roster... does he go back into the database?

Matt disagrees with this, as he knows he was #1 in waiver priority before all this happened. I know he was there too, but i dunno where anyone else was.

I don't think consistancy was an issue until the shoulder injury. I don't know why they ran so many goal line sneaks with him last year like they did with Vince Young two years ago thus leading to his injury vs KSU. He added 15 lbs in the offseason so hopefully they will help him a lot. I'm sooo glad that was the game I decided to go back and see last year. It was the best game I've seen in person in a LONG LONG time. Oh Mizzou, don't forget about us. You've only beaten us once in the last, heck, maybe 12 tries (too lazy to go look), and you get to come to Manhattan. I think that'll be the game I decide to go back for this year, as it could be for the North title.

I agree... The reason you got them all thru waivers is because nobody else knew they were there. You should have mentioned it when you first noticed in order to make it fair. There has to be a better way here to ensure it's fair to everyone.

I'd be all for realignment of the divisions next year based off of where everyone lives now. It'll start some new matchups/rivalries.

5, 6 with Olsen. Thanks... Just checking if I have a chance tomorrow or not. I kind of am rooting at this point to lose. I've never had a top 5 draft pick, and if I'm there, I would love to secure the #1 spot. That is, without cheating and dumping points. However, I love my team for the next 2 years.

well, like i said in my rejection, you're a game ahead of me in the division and i know you need a closer. if you think i'm going to do your team a favor, you're crazy. if i'm going to make a trade w/ you, i have to feel like i'm really, really getting the better end of the deal. think about it from my perspective...why would i help fill a hole for one of my biggest rivals when all i'm getting in return is a guy (beltre) i wouldn't even be able to use? and capps has outscored rivera by a huge margin this season. I'm laughing now cuz Matt just showed me what you offered him. That has to be one of the worst deals I've ever seen.. lol! You mean the deal Matt accepted? I guess it wasn't so bad then. lol. I wasn't talking to you, but to adam... :)

Ok.. just to keep things going, I have a few players that may help someone out for the stretch run.. Colon Burnett C. Young Wang- Exempt I'm looking for a big keeper bat. I don't care about exemptions so much, as the majority of my keepers will be exempt, and I bet I come no where near the points limit. Thus far, keepers: Konerko- Non Exempt Hanley- Exempt Markakis- Exempt Gordon- Exempt Young- Non Exempt Garza- Exempt Weaver- Exempt AJ Burnett- Non Exempt Wang- Exempt Colon- Non Exepmt That's a LOT of pitching, thus I'd like another bat. I will involve prospects too if necessary.

I like the offer but am not quite sure yet. I don't want to jump into anything, as I think I have a few players that would help people out for the stretch run and may get something I like better in return. I'll let you know.

I may be out of the loop here, so forgive me if I'm offending anyone, but is Vance not playing any longer? No, Juan made a change. I've had the same problem w/ trade requests with that team as well. Who has the Severe Tooterstorms? Haven't heard back anything from him either. That's Matt and he's active.

I'm sorry I didn't post the offer, and it IS a hell of an offer. I've informed other members now of the offer, at least those that have shown interest. I wasn't trying to make this a debate, but I've been in this league since the inception, and we've always used this message board, or at least since it started, to announce if someone was available.
