    Do we ever beat Western Conference teams? Not since the Jordan years. I like some of the things this club is doing but the lack of success against the Western Conference is just more of the same, and would tend to indicate we won't win our first playoff series (once again). Why would the Bulls lose in the first round? They won't be playing till a Western Conference team? If they do, I'm sure Bulls fans will pull for the Jazz.

    Stupid NFL and their halftime shows. I hope they cancel it due to snow instead of making the field conditions worse.

    Northwestern cruises to a very easy 55-40 win at Minnesota.

    For the craziest stat I've seen all year, Northwestern actually leads with points in the paint 18-6 in the first half. Amazing.

    Guaranteed 5 years/$12.5 million is a little odd, although I guess it's not too surprising. What's more odd is that they scheduled a press conference like that for the announcement.

Weather.com isn't the best indicator for anything more than 2 days. I'd trust NWS: Weather.com currently has a 70% chance during the day on Sunday. While they don't predict a high in the mid-30s like they did early in the week, they don't think the wind will be as strong as originally thought, either.

    Maybe next time they'll take a look at his numbers and judge him based on those instead of the inevitable poor job he was going to do for them in far fewer ABs.

    Unless he's strapped down to a hospital bed, I don't see him missing this game due to illness. While it might be a slight factor in his performance, I would be in total shock to see him not play. And I thought Ogunleye made a couple key plays against Seattle. So I'm glad he's playing. Hopefully he can keep up his level of intensity and get to Brees a few times. Any spacifics on what type of ilness? Flu.

    Muhammad was added to the injury report as probable due to illness, but Ogunleye was removed.

    For the Saints, Campbell (knee), Horn (groin), and Stoutmire (hip) are all questionable.
