  1. Crowd go nuts? As did the announcers. They couldn't believe it. He threw it down over two guys from about five feet away. Tyrus' hand never touched the rim, though. The Nets are now blowing out the Knicks and the Raptors beat the Pistons at home.
  2. Oh my goodness. Tyrus just had one of the most ridiculous dunks (well, throwdown, really) you'll ever see. Unless you keep watching Tyrus play, of course.
  3. Wake up, Nets. New Jersey trails the Knicks by 3 at the half.
  4. If Carlos isn't going to get that, it's going to be a long day.
  5. The Cavs are going to beat the Nets easily.
  6. 3 IP, 9 H, 9 R, 9 ER, 4 BB, 3 K Sigh. Hopefully he rebounds after a disaster start just like he did last year. EPatt with a bases loaded RBI groundout followed by a Pie sac fly makes it 9-5 Albuquerque.
  7. Might see one or two opposing players come down with some back stiffness sometime before gametime.
  8. Nothing like game 6 of the '96 Finals to hold me over. Does anyone know when the Bulls switched which side their bench was on? Or where Detlef Schrempf got that haircut?
  9. Value date? I doubt that because it would be an add-on to a prime series. They've done it before. But regardless, it's rather odd that they've made an official announcement about a makeup time and date before removing that information and stating that the decision is still pending.
  10. The makeup date isn't official yet. It's pending MLB approval. I certainly wouldn't be surprised if the July 12 game is a value date.
  11. How the heck is that a yellow?
  12. What the heck was that? They blew a great chance to end it.
  13. I hate all the primetime games. I like watching football during the day on Sundays. I can't argue with that. I love noon kickoffs. But considering we knew they'd have their share of national TV games this season, I'm glad I don't have to wait until Monday more than once.
  14. Wow. 2-0. Looked like he was offsides.
  15. I'm guessing any tickets sold already would be valid for that date, and any remaining tickets purchased will be priced as prime dates. Just called 800 the cubs and she said they dont know yet what the cubs are going to do. they could refund everyone who has the tickets, switch the ticket for another game and or honor the tickets/reprint them for this game They usually release that information around the time they make the announcement, but didn't this time. I also checked stubhub this morning, but there weren't any good seats for cheap. That's another way to do it.
  16. Not a bad schedule. It's kind of odd that they only have one MNF football appearance, but I hate MNF, so I'll take it.
  17. How does the ticket office deal with this type of postponement now? There are some pretty good seats on tickets.com right now (including discounted bleacher tickets) at value date price. I suppose in the best case scenario you'd be able to use them for the July 12 game and at worst, you'd have to settle for a refund.
  18. Eli Marrero could be making snow angels out there right now.
  19. 98-69 the final. Looks like someone is talking trash to Tyrus.
  20. 61-31 Bulls. This is beyond a laugher. And there's turnover #19.
  21. Bulls up 45-27 at the half.
  22. It's twue. It's twue, it's twue. The forecast could be worse. They're looking at 6+ inches in southern Wisconsin.
  23. Looks like the Knicks team of old showed up tonight. 21-10 Bulls after 1.
  24. 6-0. Unbelievable.
  25. Can I watch the Cubs game for 5 minutes without missing a goal?
