Its no over dramatization..I don't think ive ever seen people flock to a guy like some people do to Murton.You would think the guy is winning batting titles or healing cancer.He is no lock to be batting like .325 like most people think.Just because he's liek 24 and cheap..Who cares..Theres plenty of guys in baseball like that can also post a .280 to .300 average Just because weve seen glimpses of him,he's a decent player,does not mean he is a lock to become this power hitting outfielder batting .330 hitting 40 HR's

    LOL..Wow and I thought Ive seen some bad drafts..but holy crap..That is terrible..In a 8 team league?? In 8 teams league almost every team should look pretty good..Every team except 1 or maybe 2 gets an elite QB and should get a #1 RB with a pretty good #2 and a good set of recievers..What a bunch of idiots..I wish I could play in a 1,000 dollar league with guys like that

    I agree..Just because I or someone else badmouth Murton dosent mean were Floyd lovers..I dont like either of them

    What an ignorant post. Murton has put up a .820 OPS the month of August, and you dont get that by just hitting 2 solo shots. Murton has actually been propped up bigtime with his 3 HR's in August 55 AB's, .273/.333/.473, 3 HR, 2 2B Now that's just fine-HR's are a great way to prop up numbers because there is less luck involved. Really though, with such a small sample of at-bats, 2-3 home runs can mean the difference between being good and being awful. For example, Murton without those 3 HR's: 52 AB's, .231/.298/.269 So yes, the only thing Murton has done this month is those 3 HR's, but HR's are such a big scoring play that those are enough to make him have a good month so far anyway. So taking out HRs makes a guy's numbers look bad??? Weird. I think it's his 3 outs that are dragging down his numbers. Let's magically transform his numbers to this instead. 288/351/500 Fun!! The way people talk about Cliff Floyd around here you'd think he was Jesus Christ. That was fun too! LOL..The way people talk about Floyd? Its not even close to the Murton Nuthuggers on here.

    I think you need a lefty or two in the lineup so the pitcher has to switch how he pitches.If you have all righties, he can just work that same corner the whole night and really get zoned in and shut us down.By putting a lefty he is forced to move around his pitches more and throw him out of focus so he can't concentrate on that same spot everytime

    Im in a 100.00 dollar league..No defenses..I personally do not like having a defense at all..Im fine with 1 QB,2RB,3WR,1TE,1K I would hate going up the next night winning, to watch a freakin defense beat me..Its just my opinion pretty much..Im not into the D in fantasy football
