Hey Aram, Thome's hustle won a game today

who cares? at least he is actually hitting the ball now unlike everyone else on this team first its he cant hit the ball and then after this weekend where he hits the ball its something else. There is far worse things this team has to worry about than Aram hitting the ball and not running out a double. some of those things include, Juan Pierre grounding out to the pitcher, Jock Strap not running bases, missing cut offs, the bull pen with the exception of Dempster, howry and eyre You people would be saying oh he is injury prone if he did hustle and hurt his groin again -

A lot of people say this honor validates my career, but I didn't work hard for validation. I didn't play the game right because I saw a reward at the end of the tunnel. I played it right because that's what you're supposed to do play it right and with respect. If this validates anything, it's that learning how to bunt and hit and run and turning two is more important than knowing where to find the little red light on the dugout camera. -

Wardrobe malfunction: Michael Barrett was embarrassed that the television cameras stayed on him Saturday night after the Cubs catcher slid into third and experienced a minor equipment malfunction. "I couldn't stop the game to fix it," said Barrett, whose protective cup slipped out of his jock strap when he slid headfirst in the fourth inning. "I didn't think the cameras would be on me for that kind of stuff." Give the telecast a PG-13 rating. Good thing it was late night TV.

seriously rothschild needs to sit down with guzman and tell him to pitch like this on a seperate note, i just gave up my perfect game with maddux pitching against the soxs in MLB06, it was the bottom of the 9th, 2 outs and thome hit one into right field
