He's not going anywhere. The Nats are gonna hold out for too much. I think they're just doing this so they can tell fans "well we tried". Is there really anything to gain from making a show of trying to trade away your franchise player? I just feel like if they were really gonna trade him, they'd have started this last week or something...let some bidders really push the price higher. Putting him on the block this late, with a huge price tag...it just doesn't feel very serious. I'll probably be proven wrong in a few hours....I'm terrible about trade predictions.
