Because he was doing well before he got hurt? He's tough to guard, since his defender has to chase him all over the court. The last couple of games his shot has been pretty rusty though. Hard to get on him too much about it since nobody else has had their jumpshot working either (4th quarter vs Spurs notwithstanding). he shot .429 from the field last season and .409 the year before. the 11 game sample size before he got hurt doesn't mean much to me. i'm not saying i expect him to suck, but if there's an upgrade available, then "but we have rip" shouldn't be a factor whatsoever. He was also playing for some horrible Pistons teams too. I'm hopeful that when the defense has to focus on Rose that Hamilton will have easier opportunities. Admittedly, that could be some wishful thinking. But I don't think it's a stretch to think that Rip will be better than Keith Bogans, and the Bulls were able to be pretty successful with him starting.
