It seems like the new book on Rose is to try to steal the ball as he's making his drive down the lane, or trying to curl around a defender. It started to look like a replay it happened so much.

And not that it means a ton for the Bulls but OKC lost their 3rd straight. Haven't won since beating the Bulls.

LOL@ thinking Barkley is worth listening to. That's not the point. And neither are Magic or Broussard. The point is that the media doesn't hate the Bulls and think they have no shot against Miami, which is what you said everyone says. But see, he can just dismiss everybody who does like the Bulls as crappy analysts. It's a fool proof plan. Not true. I'd rather put stock in Jon Barry who's pulling for Chicago as opposed to Barkley. At any rate, the clear majority of analysts and professionals are picking the Heat to win. Hopefully the Bulls win out and make it to the Finals, but if not it's going to be funny when you guys start to become logical with this team and pretend like you knew all along they wouldn't have much of a chance. I'll eat crow no problem if I'm wrong. Oh now they don't have much of a chance? It was NO chance before. You're coming around! You might even be a Bulls fan by the time the ECF rolls around.

Speculation is that he didn't want to go to LA cuz either a) He didn't like that Kobe told him he'd be the 3rd option in the offense or b) he didn't want to follow in Shaq's footsteps and go from Orlando to LA. My personal belief in why he doesn't wanna come to Chicago is because of Thibs. If Dwight didn't like SVG, he's not gonna like Thibs. NJ is offering him power. He thinks he can basically be the most powerful guy there, and be in a huge market to boot.

Gameday Mini is working for me. ESPN gamecast is working, so I'll stay there for this one. FYI...CBS Sports Gamecast is the best. It features sound effects for strikeouts, runs and HR's. You can walk away from the PC and still know when something happens. ;) At work the last thing I want is sound effects.

trying to "get" someone's hand and trying to "kill" someone's head are two different things. again, it's hyperbole. distasteful, tacky, over the top, meanspirited, whatever, but it's still hyperbole unless you really think that Williams or any players on the Saints wanted to actually take the life of Frank Gore. I believe that they wanted to seriously injure or maim him.

The NFL has just done a great job brainwashing people. Be outraged! Herp, OK, derp. I'm amazed that this thing is as big as it is...I HATE when the NFL pretends it is anything less than a shady, dirt baggy league. The WWE doesn't acknowledge it's level of scum, but they also don't hide from it from what I remember. What in the world are you talking about? The NFL has brainwashed people to be upset about a coach telling his players to "Kill their head"? And we're NOT supposed to be outraged, but we only are because the NFL wants us to be or something? And what in the seven hells does the WWE have to do with any of this? Seriously, that was a bizzare post that made no sense at all.
