Mcclellan's concussion symptoms were apparent immediately per Lovie. Cutler was evaluated during the replay review, and had no symptoms at that point, which was why he was allowed to return. Lovie said he's not sure if either will be available on Monday, but that they'll go through the process/procedure and that certainly having an extra day will help.

That's not good. Is it? He played way better than Campbell in spot duty last year. I doubt he's going to vault ahead of Campbell. They only have 2 QBs and one just suffered a concussion. It makes plenty of sense to have McCown come in and work as Campbell's backup until Cutler can return. Yeah, if they thought that McCown was better than Campbell, they'd have kept him as the backup at a much cheaper salary.

They're using him as a pure FB. Not a TE. He played last night (though I have no idea on minutes or number of plays or anything.)

The long ball was there. Receivers just couldn't bring them in. Yep. Cutler made several spot on passes that weren't hauled in. And as good as Marshall is/was, he clanged a TD pass.

You cough up the ball you don't get it back. Bah, you replied too fast. Deleted that post to reword it. Coughing up the ball in that kind of rain is a bit more forgiveable, imo. On a night like last night, we needed more of Bush's power running.
