But Edzo says putting the puck on net is always a good play. :banghead: I often wonder why the d men don't carry the puck another 8 feet into the zone (when they can) instead of shooting as soon as they reach the blueline. It's one thing when you're trying to dump and chase but that doesn't work if the goalie just catches it and either holds for the faceoff or dumps it to one of his d men See, I wish I'd learned hockey when I was younger. Having only gotten into hockey at all in the last few years, I don't know when Edzo is giving me good hockey info or not.

Old rule that's just never been changed. Really? Seems to make sense so the kid isn't in the position of picking exams or a team requirement. So change the rule that it only applies if you're enrolled that semester/quarter. It doesn't make sense for a kid that finishes school in December (like the vast majority of draftees tend to do) not to be able to workout with his new team. -

Mac and Spiegs are gonna talk to Florio in a couple min about this issue. Florio? What does he know about anything? He's a lawyer? *Shrug* I think it was just that they talk to him weekly so more coincidence than anything. Anyhow, Florio didn't say anything more than what we know by reading that bit you posted. -

More than that it's just playing lock down defense against a team that can't score against anyone. They've had good chances. Crows playing well though. He is, but he's really not gotten tons of saves. Wild can't shoot on goal.
