  1. Better protection means more consistency for Jay Cutler Good stuff.
  2. I'll take that success rate.

  4. My fav power rankings....the consensus power rankings.... http://www.boltsfromtheblue.com/2013/9/11/4720302/2013-nfl-power-rankings-consensus-week-2-49ers-broncos-battle-for-top
  5. Jacksonville is gonna have something to say about that.
  6. Tony Gonzalez vs STL or Julius Thomas @ NYG

  8. Perfect time to replace it with a 15 or 6. Jay's not going anywhere, but for some reason I'm scared to buy his jersey until he is re-signed. My Briggs jersey has lasted me a solid 5 years and I hope it will last at least a couple more before I have to get a new one. 15 is the one I don't expect to see around for very long. Meaning you expect him to go to another team? Or you expect him to be done playing football soon? He's 29yo and signed through next year.
  9. Perfect time to replace it with a 15 or 6. I have the regular navy Cutler jersey, and a white Urlacher one that my wife has commandeered as her own. So yeah, 15 is probably one I need.
  10. Yeah, I love mine....except I lost weight and it's enormous on me now, and it's Hester.
  11. Per Marc Stein on twitter:
  12. All true, and I love them.
  13. They very well may wind up stinking, but I think they remain a threat. Big Ben is a tough out and playing at PIT during primetime won't be easy. Maybe, and I know it's only been a week. I'm not saying I'm taking any game for granted. I've watched too much football to do that. Just really was pointing out that some of the teams aren't quite as scary as they appeared before.
  14. I guess that means you assume Pittsburgh, Baltimore and NYG are worse than expected. You may have to consider New Orleans better than originally thought, if they have a defense and can get the offense rolling again. Also, Philly may be more of a threat than some assumed. I just think don't think that week 1 really told us much of anything we didn't already know or assume. And the only two teams with truly bad QBs on the list are Minnesota and Cleveland. Every other team offers a potential threat on offense. Well I figure that Vick will be out for the season by the time we play them. And I also have doubts they can keep up that pace for the entire season. The Saints will be tough. No doubt about that. I think the Steelers are gonna stink. Jury's still out on Baltimore and NYG.
  15. So, there was a lot of talk about how hard the Bears schedule looked before the season. After one week, it sure looks a lot easier.
  16. Romo @ KC or Cutler vs Minny Am I being too homerish if I'm thinking about starting Cutler?
  17. Well....he wasn't wrong.
  18. The important thread was up.
  19. Two year extension for Bowman.
  20. Positive offensive VOA!
  21. But according to Jamie Dukes this is the exact same team as it was under Lovie Smith, only with added talent on offense. Yeah, heard a bit of that. Spiegel getting the soundbye to talk about, cuz a lot of listeners are riled up about that. Dukes was pissed that Lovie was fired and was race baiting. He couldn't get over that enough to be impartial about the many changes we've already seen. Lawrence Holmes and Dukes are having a twitter fight now. Dukes passive/aggressively calling Holmes a homer.
  22. Wow, you might have the same team as my buddy.
