  1. MLB.tv is free this weekend. http://m.mlb.com/news/article/96384514/mlbtv-is-free-all-weekend-long
  2. Technically, probably. But in actual everyday life, no. It's like...a tomato is technically a fruit...but nobody thinks of it as a fruit.
  3. You gonna sit him for every home game the rest of the way?
  4. Agreed, and it's still just Biggs' opinion. But it's not helping allay my fears.
  5. This isn't baseball. Football coaches in general tend to do a better job of giving jobs to the best option.
  6. Can you imagine the size of the meatball outcry if the Bears started un-retiring numbers?
  7. Bears sign linebacker Darryl Sharpton, terminate contract of Fiametta.
  8. I know it won't come into play for this game, but I'm scared that if/when Garza is healthy, that the Bears will play him instead of De La Puente.

  10. Bears are wearing the throwbacks on Sunday. Also, I had no idea there was a uniform schedule. http://www.chicagobears.com/gameday/uniform_schedule.html
  11. Bukie beat you by 6 hours.
  12. I love the behind the scenes stuff like that. Thanks for the link.
  13. Yeah, it really would have been smart to sit Marshall for the Jets game. Division games are clearly more important than road AFC games...MNF or not. Now we have an important home division game, and 2 road NFC games before we have another AFC game that you could consider "less important". With a short week, it seems like past week would've been the right week to let Marshall rest.
  14. My feelings aside, he's done a good job of saving his job....so far. But I doubt anyone's coming in fearing the Mel Tucker defense.
  15. I admit...I'd probably enjoy the quotes if they were from Jay. But Rodgers says them and it just makes me want to punch him. when reading them I'm not sure what you would get so worked up about Eh...he does sound more annoying when he actually says them, but it's mostly being pretty meatball about it.

  17. The actual sound bytes have been on the radio this morning, and they're pretty funny. Rodgers is such a douche.
  18. You guys have crazy memories for that kind of stuff.

  20. As far as this week goes, I think we have a real chance to hurt the Packers this week. If the Packers go to 1-3 with 2 division losses and a "lucky" win against the Jets to start the season, I can really see the fanbase getting down on this team. I really, really want to win this week.
  21. You're right. We should look at it as we did when the schedule came out in July. Not as teams that have greatly struggled in 2/3 of the actual games played so far. Yeah I don't know that we can tell who's good and who's not at this point. The only two 3-0 teams are teams we don't play this season. The two arguably best 2-1 teams, Seattle and Denver, we don't play this season. I don't think we can really determine if we have a tough schedule or not.
  22. Maybe it's just Mel Tucker's mystifying defensive schemes that are confusing QB's!!
