Hi, I have a question for Jed... How awesome are Jon and Theo?? This is why I never understood why Jed left his GM job in SD to come to the Cubs. I'm not saying he doesn't have an important role in the Cubs FO, but in terms of how he's viewed by fans and media he's Theo's assistant. There are absolutely no questions you could ask Jed that you wouldn't ask Theo instead. Jed's there to be available for interviews in the event that Theo is busy. -
Meh, I'm disappointed. I expect more out of him.

The Cutler conversation is dumb. Cutler was the QB of the Bears when they were a knee injury away from a Super Bowl. It's proven that the team CAN win with him.

Are there fans of other teams that are also stuck in this dilemma? Where they don't get the local broadcast but are still blacked out of Extra Innings and MLB.TV? Have we just been lucky because games have been on WGN my whole life? If you want to go through the effort, you can use a VPN to mask your location and be able to use MLB.TV. I have a Cardinal fan buddy that does that, and I may end up having to go that route as well.

As opposed to what option? Do you get regular WGN (not WGNA) in Bloomington? No, you're right....we just get WGNA. We're basically screwed no matter what until they get [expletive] worked out in 2019. I'm just not happy about it.
