He absolutely hates the daily grind of it. On the surface, that seems absurd, but it would absolutely be a grind to be up every day, having to talk about anything for hours. Especially if you have depressive tendencies like Dah Mah Nah (and myself). My understanding is that he loves to be on the radio for the playoffs (who wouldn't) and hates the grind of regular seasons. For me, the amount of money being offered would get me over that really quick, but obviously he has personal demons that he deals with that are significant. It's not the money for him, and it's not the playoff/regular season thing. It's ego, pure and simple. He hates not being afternoon drive, and he hates it more that Boers and Bernstein have it.
