  1. If they dump Cutler for McCown, I'll rage like never before.... http://media.giphy.com/media/xiAqCzbB3eZvG/giphy.gif
  2. Anybody but Laurence Holmes, please. They haven't mentioned an announcement upcoming or anything so far, so may be a false alarm. LoHo is committed to the 120sports.com thing right now, so I don't think that'll be the way they go. I'm hoping it's not Rozner.
  3. It looks like the domain expired and was re-registered yesterday from the whois info. At this point it's probably just going to take time for all the DNS servers to "see" that re-registration. I couldn't get to it from home last night, and can't get to it on tapatalk, but the DNS servers at work apparently know where it's at.
  4. The Browns are interested in him too. But McCown as a backup would be fine with me.
  5. Sounds like Pat Mannelly's full time replacement will be announced today.
  6. He absolutely hates the daily grind of it. On the surface, that seems absurd, but it would absolutely be a grind to be up every day, having to talk about anything for hours. Especially if you have depressive tendencies like Dah Mah Nah (and myself). My understanding is that he loves to be on the radio for the playoffs (who wouldn't) and hates the grind of regular seasons. For me, the amount of money being offered would get me over that really quick, but obviously he has personal demons that he deals with that are significant. It's not the money for him, and it's not the playoff/regular season thing. It's ego, pure and simple. He hates not being afternoon drive, and he hates it more that Boers and Bernstein have it. Well he got a job...just not on sports radio. He's doing 5am-10am on 97.1 The Drive. http://www.robertfeder.com/2015/02/10/mcneil-mcmurray-to-host-mcmornings-on-the-drive/
  7. at this point it's a much safer bet to just assume they'll be great forever. one season under .500 since 2000. I don't believe that season actually occurred.
  8. Hey guys. Is Tony Snell possibly good at basketball?
  9. Full article: http://www.101sports.com/2015/02/05/reds-not-cubs-will-cardinals-competition-2015/
  10. scooped again. this is becoming your thing Sick burn.
  11. Bucs released Josh McCown. Expect Bears fan clamor in 3...2....1.....
  12. So with Versteeg back, Nordstrom is sent to Rockford, and Teuvo goes to the bench, because Q doesn't wanna put him on the 4th line...because Q says hes' a scorer and Carcillo fits better in that 4th line role.
  13. #13 http://espn.go.com/blog/sweetspot/post/_/id/55028/ranking-the-teams-18-through-13-2
  14. Hinrich out and the Bulls win by 18. Coincidence? Pshaw.
  15. Yeah, that's a pretty old gif though... http://www.secondcityhockey.com/2014/7/29/5947045/2014-sch-gif-tournament-gloveside-region-1st-rd-game-3
  16. Yeah, Cowley has been defending Hinrich all season.
  17. So apparently Chipper apologized, but holy cow....this anthology of the stupid crap Chipper has said.... http://hallofverygood.com/2015-articles/chipper-jones-upsets-sandy-hook-families.html
  18. @JulieDicaro Two sources told me Maddon has been on the phone with Shields in last 24 hours. One says Lester called, as well. #Cubs @JulieDicaro BUT seems like collective wisdom is still that Shields signs with Pads. We'll see.
  19. Timely
  20. lol He's gonna go where he can get the most money.
  21. Dude tried to use Jimmy [expletive] Chitwood as a decoy. Great motivational coach, sketchy X's and O's guy. He was a buffoonish meatball who played four guys while benching his hottest shooter for not playing the game the right way. Dennis Hopper was the brains behind the team's success anyway. Hackman brought Hopper in.
  22. I like Grote a lot. Good move, imo.
  23. Dude tried to use Jimmy [expletive] Chitwood as a decoy. Great motivational coach, sketchy X's and O's guy. But he also coached a team of replacement NFL players to a playoff berth.
  24. McShay mocked DT Danny Shelton from Washington to the Bears in the first round. Insider: http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/draft/mock/?season=2015&version=2&source=Todd-McShay-Mock-Draft I couldn't actually see it, so I can't give any further info...just got an ESPN alert on my phone.
