    It's a kid. If he's not distracted by a smart phone he could be distracted by a mascot or dot race on the scoreboard. There's no shortage of things to distract at a sporting event. At least that is happening in real life. You know, his surroundings? Meh, I'm glad I haven't reproduced. If he gets hit by a bat I doubt his parents would take any solace in "well at least he was distracted by something other than a phone."
