I absolutely agree. They can offer strong ownership, free access to Beyonce, two good pieces already in place and a move to Brooklyn as the "hip" team in three years. Scary wild card. So sell LeBron to the Bulls on a 3-year deal. :hello:
If LeBron, Bosh, and Wade all sign with Miami, who the F would be left to fill out the roster? By all reports, Chalmers & Beasley would go to Toronto as part of a sign & trade.
It's all speculative at this point certainly. But why don't you see it as a possibility? He's never going to win a title with the current bunch that they have there. I think he realizes that. I agree with you on this. If Cleveland had made it to the Finals this year, then maybe he could have been convinced that he could win there. I think their early exit from the playoffs killed any chances of him staying.
One thing to remember is that Florida does not have a state income tax. They could take a little less in salary but still wind up with about the same in their pocket. I know Johnson to the Knicks is a hot rumor now, but if James & Bosh somehow manage to end up in Miami with Wade wouldn't Johnson be happier in Chicago on a much better team?
There are some rumors that Bosh to Miami is a "done deal" too, so who knows for sure? In the end, I am confident that the Bulls end up with LeBron and either Bosh or Joe Johnson. Either way, this team is going to be SICK next year.
It's probably no more than a dream but... Awesome. Oh, I know we'll never see it but it is fun to dream about. Two out of those three and we are an instant title contender.
