    Can’t hurt that the Notre Dame QB played for Mike Elko at Duke. From the A&M perspective; that is. I don’t follow Aggie football anywhere close to what I used to but I think this team can surprise a lot of people. I don’t get my hopes up anymore but I’m excited to see how we look on Saturday.

    Well if Goatse was actually calling the plays then I think a large part of those collapses have to be on him. They’d get way too conservative and vanilla in those games leading to a ton of 3 & outs giving the opponent the chances to steal the win.

    $8K in tickets to a preseason game for a low salary backup is a lot of money. The McCaskey’s could afford more comps especially to preseason games.

    Dawned on me last night that not only is it possible (likely?) that the best QB in franchise history will be on this team but also we could be looking at the 3 best WR’s ever as well. Maybe 3 of the top 5 but when I looked up the all time receiving leaders the top two were black & white pictures and #4 was Walter Payton.

    As someone that moved away 3+ decades ago I made my first trip to the UC 2 years ago for a concert. I was extremely impressed with the ride share situation there. Sure surge pricing sucks but most stadiums I’ve been to don’t have anything organized and if they do they are nowhere close to the stadium where here it’s literally a block away. Covered, air conditioned waiting area with charging stations & seating areas with port-a-potties right outside.
