he's made his jared fogle like transition very well known But yeah, I've lost about 155 pounds over the last 18 months. Just need to ride this out until Xmas and I should be at 175 (so I'll have essentially lost an entire me, which seems bonkers) and I can start finally eating some real food again. Bad ass! Excellent job. I’m in the process of the same but not as far along as you yet. -
