  1. Does OKC match up poorly with Memphis? I know Memphis won the season series 3-1 but that doesn't always matter that much. We played them in the pre-Perkins era and ZBo and Gasol dominated us. Including a game where current Boston Celtics superstar Jeff Green played almost 40 minutes and had 0 rebounds.
  2. I dont want to play either of these teams in round 2
  3. Hey guys, I missed the game tonight while watching the draft, how'd it go? http://www.epicrageguy.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/epic-rage-guy.jpg
  4. That sounds like something Luke Scott would say about Felix Pie. 9.2
  5. There's a lot of talk about Dallas using it's 4th round pick on Newton if he falls that far
  6. WTF is the difference between Tebow and Newton? Both are big, strong, athletic QBs with poor throwing motions out of stripped-down, easy offenses that played in the SEC against the best non-NFL competition there is and won a national title(s in Tebow's case) and a Heisman. Tebow at least has that "great leader" intangible, or whatever. While it's universally agreed on that Newton is a scam artist. Everyone was shocked that Tebow went in the first round (rightfully so) and Newton is going to be the No. 1 pick? I don't see it.
  7. Hahahah, is this true? Yes, it's in the article. Hilarious. Bobby Bonilla was washed up when I was like 9.
  8. Hahahah, is this true?
  9. im pretty sure dallas will trade down.
  10. You have to get there not one, not two, not three, not four, not five, not six, but seven minutes late
  11. "whenever he starts acting crazy i just put a spear and some of those big lip discs in his locker, let him know whats up"
  12. It's a relatively recent development. He's always been the most emotional of the group, but in the last 20-30 games (RIGHT AFTER THE ALL STAR GAME, HMM) it's kind of become overbearing. Something will give eventually, and probably will after last night. He got roasted on TNT and twitter/public perception.
  13. Then in the post-game presser someone asked KD if he thought Westbrook should have made some different decisions down the stretch and he replied with a tiny smile that maybe Russ could have passed it to him if he was the best option but if Russ thinks he has an open look he should take it. Westbrook's decision making down the stretch is oftentimes bad. You have the best pure scorer in the league, a guy who can score from anywhere at anytime on your team and you puke up those prayer shots? Earlier in the fourth he threw a huge, visible fit when Harden took it to the hoop and got fouled instead of passing it to him on the wing. I guess my question is since I don't watch the Thunder consistently enough, is he a total baby? Some of the crap he pulls seems really selfish but they all get along so well, you'd think his teammates must not think so. He's definitely kind of a baby. He was griping at an official late in the 4th after he didnt get a phantom foul called, and his now unguarded man hit a 3. Woops we lost by 3.
  14. No one calls Westbrook a sure-fire MVP, so something something Rose is still overrated The Westbrook KD dynamic is so weird. In some ways they're perfect for each other, but times like tonight just make me worried. Durant's not physical enough to get into a good position to get a pass all the time. Either that and/or he's too passive. People complain that Westbrook does't look for Durant enough, which is true sometimes. But Westbrook's mindset is so "SCORE SCORE SCORE" that all it takes is one glance of hesitation from Durant and he's off to the races. That leads to stupid [expletive] like Westbrook passing halfcourt at full speed, seeing Durant surrounded by 2 guys and going "WELP THIS ONE'S ALL ME, FELLAS."
  15. Memphis is a really bad matchup for us. ZBo and Gasol eat us up. I'd say the Mavs are the favorites at this point. If not for that bizarre collapse, they would have won that series 4-1.
  16. Well, if I was at home, I'd take Stockton because TNT's HD is beautiful. But I'm at work, so I may take my bros BD and Grant Long. If nothing else, they will be funny.
  17. You're probably right. I was coming at it more in a "oh god we need the Knicks to be relevant again" type of thing.
  18. basically every thought that enters Luke Scott's head is completely [expletive]. He is a birther, after all.
  19. Small meaning 27th largest metro area in the US. Like for instance, I used to live in Baltimore, which has about 700K more in its metro and has been around just as long, and they don't have nearly as many metro-exclusive chains as Cincinnati has. well....that's...because...it's......baltimore.... Baltimore is 100 times better than Cincinnati. i'd probably rather be bored that shot to death
  20. It's a good name. Justin Berrrrrrg.
  21. Shut up, HE'S NOT COMING TO THE WESTERN CONFERENCE
  22. They're playing for letters of recomendation. Hahahahaha
  23. counting the summer fiba trip, he's played over 100 games in less than a year. He's tired and sore every day of his life. You're wasting time even thinking about this.
  24. You really think the Bulls are going to lose 3-straight to the Pacers? Rose could play the next three games with the boot on and they wouldn't lose 3 in a row. By round 2, he'll be fine.
